Can you play farmville on Facebook without giving out those annoying updates?

I would like to start playing Farmville, but I will not start to bother my friends with changes detestable. Farmville Can you play without this happening?

you can start with a new profile, or you can go to settings > application settings and change block the application from posting any updates..

Yes, you don’t have to publish it everytime you play farmville. You get an option, I reckon where you don’t allow the automatic updates. So, do that!

I had the same problem before starting playing FarmVille. You have the option to choose when to send notifications in FarmVille.
Anyway, sometimes is good to send some notifications to let your FarmVille friends that you are giving special gifts or just achieved a new level.
What I did was creating a list inside Facebook, and on that list I only have my friends that play actively facebook, so when I have something to send I only send it to that list, as they are playing FarmVille they don’t get annoyed.

You don’t have to publish anything that you don’t want too. I play all the time and almost never publish anything unless its something others can use.
